An open public reading of a brand-new scholarly drama by the former teacher and talented local playwright Tonny van den Broek.

The play, largely in Elizabethan English, takes an original look at Christopher Marlowe’s murder by exploring its impact in Canterbury, the city where the dramatist was born and raised.

The reading is an exciting opportunity further to explore Canterbury’s rich dramatic heritage.
