Goran Stefanovski (1952-2018) was a Yugoslavian-born international playwright who spent the last 18 years of his life writing and teaching n Canterbury. His remarkable dramas deal with themes that are always with us – war, history, migration, political systems, and the painful mystery of what it is to be human – making his wide-ranging work as relevant today as when it was written. This archive has been created and curated by his widow, Pat Marsh, who is also responsible for translating Goran’s foreign language works into English.
